20 Year Roof Coating at the Chophouse

For this project at Chophouse, we began by thoroughly power washing the entire surface to eliminate dirt, debris, and any loose material. Once the surface was cleaned, we carefully sealed all the seams to create a watertight barrier. On the metal sections, we applied an acrylic basecoat, followed by a durable acrylic topcoat for enhanced protection and longevity. For the flat sections, we used a urethane basecoat to establish a solid foundation and finished with a silicone topcoat for superior waterproofing. We also addressed and corrected areas with ponding water, ensuring proper drainage and preventing future water buildup.
