This client’s roof was ready for a full replacement it was leaking everywhere and showing signs of extreme UV damage. This EPDM roof was almost at the end of its life. They definitely got their money out this one!! However to do a full replacement was gonna be very pricy! Instead, we came in and offered a much more economical solution while waterproofing it simultaneously! First this roof needed to be cleaned throughly, EPDM roofs are porous and can take a while to come clean. Second step, we insured it being waterproof by spraying the entire roof surface, penetrations & seams with our FiberSeal base. Third step, we sprayed a white poly/acrylic topcoat to make this roof extremely energy efficient.
