This roof is a combination of TPO and metal standing seam. This roof began to show signs of typical wear and tear! It began to leak at all the horizontal seams between the metal panel on the standing seam sections. The TPO most of the seams began to separate. As well as some of the internal drains & HVAC units. To solve this issue we used a fiber infused poly acrylic hybrid coating to waterproof all of the weak points on this roof. After we sealed it, we installed a energy efficient monolithic fluid membrane system with a 15 year warranty to reduce their energy consumptions and extend the life of their roof!
