Metal Roof at the Pit-Stop Hinesville

Diamond Roof Restorations recently completed a metal roof restoration project that involved applying a 10-year high tensile acrylic system with a white UV coating, backed by a renewable 10-year warranty. The project, covered a total roof area of approximately 5,385 square feet. Our work began with a thorough cleaning of the existing roof, which included debris removal and a coating with rinsable primer. We then pressure washed the roof at 4000 psi, ensuring a clean surface for the subsequent treatments. To prevent further rust damage, we applied Rust Primer 912 to all oxidized areas. We also performed detailed fastener maintenance, replacing any stripped or missing fasteners and encapsulating them with urethane brush-grade 522 for added protection. Both vertical and horizontal seams were reinforced with urethane brush-grade 522, ensuring a strong and durable seal. Finally, we applied a base coat and a top coat of high solids #901 metal roof coating at the specified rates, enhancing the roof’s durability and energy efficiency. The project concluded with a final inspection and thorough job site cleanup, ensuring that the roof was restored to its optimal condition.
