Roof Restoration at Son’s of Smoke Clubhouse

The Son’s of Smoke in Uvalda have been having trouble for months at their clubhouse and asked if we could come out to trace the leaks! After getting on top of the roof and crawling around we discovered many areas of possible water penetration. This one was a breeze! Like most R panel metal roofs the fasteners began to back out and degrade, at the same time these fasteners back out of the holes, this makes the seams between the panels separate and create leaks. We cleaned the roof throughly, sealed all of the fasteners, sealed all of the seams and put a beautiful white topcoat to protect and fully seal the roof!
