Silicone System at Trinity Lutheran Church in Savannah

We recently completed a comprehensive roof restoration project using advanced silicone roof coating technology. The project began with a thorough inspection of the existing roof condition, allowing us to identify critical areas that required immediate attention. We then power washed the entire roof surface to remove dirt, debris, and any contaminants that could affect the adhesion of the silicone coating, ensuring a clean and receptive base. During this preparation phase, we also removed all detached or non-mechanically fastened sealants and prior repairs.

Next, we inspected and sealed all roof penetrations, applying specialized sealants at critical junctures to enhance the roof's integrity and create a watertight seal. The core of the project involved applying Uniflex silicone coating at a rate of 2 gallons per square foot over all TPO and flat sections of the roof. This coating provided a seamless, durable barrier against weather and UV radiation, significantly extending the roof’s lifespan. The project concluded with a meticulous cleanup of the worksite, leaving the property in pristine condition, followed by a final walkthrough to ensure the quality and thoroughness of our work
